Combination Box
Every single item in these boxes was handpicked with love, as they've been my personal lifelines during tough times. Each carefully selected piece is designed to help you utilize a technique known as 'grounding.'
Grounding is an incredible coping skill that allows you to reconnect with the present, regain control, and soothe your mind and body, especially when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected.
The true magic of grounding shines when you engage all 5 senses: Sight, Touch, Hearing, Smell, and Taste. That’s why I’ve included delightful items that ignite each of those senses!"
Relax
Take a deep breath
Help yourself unwind and relax by taking a shower with these steamers. Each scent was selected to help reduce anxiety and stress.

Taking the time to take a nice warm shower and deeply inhaling the calming scents is a great coping skill to add to your repertoire.

Personally, I always found moisturizing after a nice shower to be extra relaxing and it reduces my stress.

Try cuddling up and coloring some pages in the coloring book, or work on the jigsaw puzzle while you sip on some tea after your shower and light the candle.

If you are especially anxious, I also find it helpful to rest a rice pack on my chest for the weight of it and hold it like a pillow. Up to you if you want it warm or not, you could also throw it in the freezer for a cooler sensation!
Tea
The peppermint tea was selected since it has a prominent scent and taste. It also has the added effect of being good at aiding digestion, it's good for nausea, headaches, and it can have a calming/stress reduction effect.

The chamomile/lavender tea was also selected to help aid in calming yourself. This one was specially selected to help wind down before bed and help you sleep. Sleep is incredibly important in combating anxiety and depression.

Anxiety Coloring Book
If you're up for it, at the beginning of our coloring book, there is some guidance for how to practice mindfulness, which is another good technique to use for coping.

Sometimes it's nice to just zone out and let your mind and body regulate again. I think it's great to turn on some binaural beats, calming music, or a guided meditation video while coloring. Having a soothing voice to listen to has helped me calm down many a time.
Sensory Toys
Stress Ball/Pop-it
By far one of the most popular items in my boxes are these Nee Doh stress balls. I touched one in the store one day and I knew immediately I needed one.

The texture is just so soothing, fun, and stimulating. You can squish it, stretch it, poke, mush it. It's way more fun than a ball of goo should be, but it is amazing.

Aside from the stress ball, also included is a pop-it, it's like reusable bubble wrap, and who doesn't like popping bubble wrap? If you're neurodivergent like me, having the option to have a repetitive clicking texture and sound can be soothing and help you regulate yourself.
War Heads
Now, I know, everyone is probably wondering "why are there Warheads in this box?" Well, the answer is, for panic attacks, depressive episodes, and when you feel like you are spiraling and your nervous system is dysregulated.

The sharp, tangy sensation of sour candy can jolt the senses, providing a strong sensory input that the brain needs to process, thus temporarily shifting focus away from the overwhelming feelings of anxiety or panic.
